New Jersey
This Carlstadt, New Jersey data center sits in the NJ Meadowlands near MetLife Stadium. The 172,000 sqft facility was designed in 2000 by Comdisco Availability Solutions as its flagship East-Coast disaster-recovery 'super center,' equipped with roughly 1,000 work-area recovery positions (referenced in industry coverage as the post-9/11 anchor of Comdisco's regional continuity footprint).
The site came to SunGard Availability Services in the November 2001 acquisition of Comdisco's Availability Solutions business and was operationalized as multi-tenant colocation CRL-410. It transferred to 365 Data Centers as part of the broader SunGard colocation portfolio acquisition.
93,850 sqft raised floor / 172,000 sqft total building / 18 MW operational. A +6 MW expansion is planned for Q4 2026 / Q1 2027 (per the 2026-03-02 capacity sync with 365 leadership).
