The NRT14 data center, located in Inzai, Chiba Prefecture near Tokyo, is a 31MW facility and the third building at Digital Realty’s NRT campus, developed through its MC Digital Realty joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation. The facility became operational in April 2026 and is designed for high-density AI and HPC workloads, supporting rack densities of up to 70kW and incorporating air-assisted liquid cooling. As part of a multi-building campus totaling approximately 104MW, NRT14 expands Digital Realty’s presence in Japan’s key hyperscale market, providing scalable, interconnected infrastructure within the Greater Tokyo region.
