MC Digital Realty: NRT14
Digital Realty’s NRT14 is a 31MW data center at its Inzai campus near Tokyo, marking the third building in the development and bringing the site to ~104MW as an AI-optimized facility that became operational in April 2026.
MC Digital Realty: KIX14
KIX14 is a planned MC Digital Realty data center in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture, east of Osaka. The design calls for a base-isolated building with four floors above ground. MC Digital Realty is the 50/50 joint venture of Mitsubishi Corporation and Digital Realty.
MC Digital Realty: KIX15
KIX15 is MC Digital Realty's fifth data center on its KIX Campus in the Saito district of Ibaraki City, north of Osaka. The base-isolated building rises beside KIX10 and supports hybrid air and liquid cooling for hyperscale, cloud, and AI customers. MC Digital Realty is the 50/50 joint venture of Mitsubishi Corporation and Digital Realty.
