KUL10, formerly CSF Computer Exchange 1 (CX1) and TelcoHub 1, sits at 3552 Jalan Teknokrat 6 in Cyberjaya and is the carrier hotel of Digital Realty's Cyberjaya campus. CSF built it in 2003 as its first commercial data center. It hosts the Malaysia Internet Exchange (MyIX) and DE-CIX ASEAN, more than 40 network service providers and over 6,000 regional and long-haul fiber cores, making it one of Malaysia's most network-dense facilities.

Digital Realty agreed in January 2026 to acquire CSF Advisers, the building's owner, closed the deal and launched its Malaysia operations here on 8 June 2026. CSF Advisers' staff transferred to Digital Realty and chairman Billy Lee became its Advisor for Malaysia. Digital Realty plans to upgrade the facility to its global standards by Q4 2027 and to develop a second building on the adjacent 1.6-acre parcel.
