Data Center Campus
Digital Realty's Cyberjaya campus, launched on 8 June 2026 with Malaysia's Minister of Digital in attendance, ties together three sites within about 500 m of one another in Cyber 5, Cyberjaya, linked by dedicated fiber and integrated into PlatformDIGITAL, with ServiceFabric to follow once licensed.
KUL10 (formerly TelcoHub 1, acquired with CSF Advisers) is the carrier hotel, hosting more than 40 network providers and three internet exchanges including MyIX and DE-CIX. KUL11 on Jalan Teknokrat 8, developed by Infinaxis and acquired in 2026, is the purpose-built AI and high-performance computing building. A 1.6-acre parcel beside KUL10 is slated for a third building by mid-2028. CSF Advisers' staff transferred to Digital Realty and its chairman Billy Lee became Digital Realty's Advisor for Malaysia.

Digital Realty Trust is a data center public REIT that owns and operates facilities in the United States and Europe. The company provides colocation and interconnection services and develops large multi‑tenant data centers for enterprise and cloud customers.
Its European platform expanded through the combination with Interxion, and through the purchase of European sites divested by Equinix following Equinix’s acquisition of TelecityGroup. The Telx acquisition added a U.S. interconnection and colocation business to Digital Realty’s portfolio.
