Canton Orchard View is DAMAC Digital's planned data center campus at the corner of Orchard View Drive and Trump Avenue in southeast Canton. The design calls for two buildings with multiple interior data halls and an on-site substation, laid out to protect sightlines from nearby homes and to avoid heavy freight traffic. DAMAC says it will fully fund the power infrastructure the campus needs. It has not named a customer.
Cooling runs on a sealed closed loop holding about 1.2 million gallons of a 70% water and 30% propylene glycol mix, with fans rejecting heat to the outside air. The loop needs a one-time fill from the city supply and small top-ups about every five years. Backup diesel generators run only during grid outages and for short tests, and DAMAC plans acoustic enclosures and screening walls to limit noise.
