CoreWeave leased NEST11, a 280,000-square-foot building in Kenilworth's Northeast Science & Technology Center, investing $1.2 billion to convert it into a data center. The building's owners, Onyx Equities and Machine Investment Group, will contribute over $50 million to the project. NEST11 is part of a 108-acre life sciences campus spanning 2 million square feet.
