CoreWeave's Kenilworth campus pairs the converted NEST Building 11 with 27 adjacent acres inside the Northeast Science & Technology Center in Kenilworth, New Jersey. Construction began in 2025, with the first phase due in 2027 and growth planned through 2029.

CoreWeave's Kenilworth campus sits inside the Northeast Science & Technology Center (NEST), the former Merck campus at 2000 Galloping Hill Rd in Kenilworth, New Jersey.
- NEST 11: CoreWeave first leased the 280,000 sq ft Building 11 and is converting it into an AI data center, adding about 108,000 sq ft of new construction. Work began in September 2025. In August 2025 CoreWeave bought the building and 27 adjacent acres for $322 million.
- Expansion: In April 2026 the borough approved a four-lot subdivision of the site for data center and related uses, including a chiller station and an electrical utility yard.
- Power: PSE&G is building a new 69 kV customer substation for the project, funded by CoreWeave. The campus also has an existing substation fed by two 26 kV PSE&G lines.
- Incentives: The project received the first award under New Jersey's Next NJ-AI tax credit program in November 2025.
