In 2025, a joint venture formed by Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC and fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (“1547”) acquired this data center from CIM Group. The 230,000 square-foot hardened warehouse – a National Register of Historic Places building located on the South Side of Chicago – addresses the strong demand in the Chicago colocation and data center market. The building is converted into a Tier III data center with over 52,000 square feet of high-power density raised floor space for Phase I.
