In 2025, a joint venture formed by Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC and fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (“1547”) acquired this data center from CIM Group.

The building was sold to 1547 Critical Systems Realty in 2018. As part of the deal, 1547 will handle wholesale deals in the building. While I.C.E will manage all the retail colocation deployments.

The Pittock building is Portland's carrier hotel, which has the second greatest density of networks and carriers in the Pacific Northwest (2nd to the Westin Building in Seattle.)

Fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547) and Harrison Street have acquired a carrier hotel data center located in Union Station, South Bend, Indiana.

In 2025, a joint venture formed by Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC and fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (“1547”) acquired this data center from CIM Group.
