Valterra Partners & 1547 CSR acquire Miami-based ColoHouse

Valterra Partners LLC and Fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty LLC have acquired ColoHouse, a managed service provider with headquarters in Miami, Florida. Valterra Partners is an equity firm, while Fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty is a data center Company. The deal also includes acquiring the former Green House Data colocation facility in Orangeburg, New York.

Asides from this, both Valterra and Fifteenfortyseven did not reveal the terms of the deal. However, the acquisition brings the locations in Fifteenfortyseven’s portfolio to 14 across eight countries. Paul Bint, CEO of ColoHouse will continue to lead ColoHouse.

Paul Bint also added that the deal with Valterra and Fifteenfortyseven would help to increase the visibility of ColoHouse in the market. He further added that the agreement would provide the needed funds and scale to add new sites to its existing portfolio.
