Located at 12121 Grant Street in the City of Thornton in Adams County, and part of the Washington Square Business Center, this 291,421 square-foot data center is approximately eleven miles north of Denver. Built in 1983, the precast and steel building is seven stories plus a partial Penthouse.
The six upper floors are identically designed to be one-half office consisting of 14,866 RSF and one-half data center consisting of 16,878 RSF for a total of 31,744 RSF per floor. This arrangement is ideally suited for full floor tenants allowing easy personnel access between the two spaces. Surface parking area is striped for 481 spaces.

Backup generation: five 1,200 kW diesel generators (each with a 1,000-gallon belly tank; ~30,000-gallon bulk fuel backup).

Cooling: three 500-ton chillers (one added 2019) and two 250-ton chillers (both added 2019), a 4,000-ton cooling tower, and four 15,000-gallon chilled-water storage tanks.

Connectivity: CenturyLink, Comcast, and AT&T on-site (Zayo available nearby), with dark-fiber routes to the 1500 Champa carrier hotel in Denver.
