CoreSite seeks tax rebate for Denver data center

Denver
Built in 2019, the 150,000-square-foot $220 million operations center in Broomfield is one of two in the Denver metro area. The other facility is in Aurora.
In addition to the $220 million facility, Chase will invest approximately $200 million in personal property investment.
The city and county and the Broomfield Urban Renewal Authority would expect to collect about $36.7 million in real and personal property tax and reimburse North Park about $10.2 million from that amount, which would go toward infrastructure.
