Digital Realty acquired the property, consisting of six separate single-story buildings, in 2006. At that time, the site served as a data center and Internet gateway facility and was 92.9% leased, with Level 3 among the major tenants.
12031-12235 North Freeway is 17 miles from downtown Houston. Houston is home to the top growth industries for the Internet of Things and has one of the highest concentrations of Fortune 500 companies.
