CloudHQ, a hyperscale data center developer and operator in the United States and Europe, is currently constructing a 1.2 million sqft (108k sqm), hyperscale data center campus in Offenbach, Germany, a city which borders Frankfurt to the southeast.

CloudHQ’s GIG Campus, the company's second data center development in Brazil, is located in São João de Meriti, 18 km (11 miles) from the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro.

CloudHQ’s 37.5-acre LHR campus in Didcot, England, is one of the largest fully permitted and powered data center campuses in the London metropolitan area.

Situated just south of Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport in the Schiphol-Rijk area, next to another hyperscale data center, CloudHQ’s AMS campus will consist of a single multi-story data center.

Strategically positioned in Nanko Kita, Osaka City, CloudHQ's Cosmosquare is a future-proof, three-phase hyperscale data center campus (KIX1, KIX2, KIX3).

MCC2 is part of CloudHQ's series of data centers in Manassas, Northern Virginia. The facility, with 250,144 sq ft of gross space, came online in 2019.

MCC7 will be part of CloudHQ's MCC Campus in Manassas. The facility is slated to begin construction in mid-2025 with an expected ready-for-service delivery in Q3 2026.

CloudHQ has announced plans for MCC4, a new facility to be located at 10849 Airman Avenue in the Northern Virginia market. The data center will span 225,585 sqft of space.

Strategically positioned west of Milan, CloudHQ's 54-acre MXP campus is poised to become one of the largest campuses in the Milan metropolitan area.

CloudHQ's LC4 is a massive three-story data center spanning 1.4 million square feet. Located at 22210 Loudoun County Parkway on a nearly 27-acre plot, this facility received county approval in September 2022. The estimated cost for LC4's construction was $1 billion.

The campus plans to host fourteen data centers with a combined customer critical IT load exceeding 1.7 GW. At full build out, the campus will span an area of 8,500,00 SF (789.676 SM).

MCC5 will be part of CloudHQ's MCC Campus in Manassas. The project has received site plan approval and is ready for immediate development in 2024. The data center will span 369,600 sq ft of space.

CloudHQ plans to invest $400 million in building a three-story facility totaling 805,600 square feet on its Ashburn Data Center Campus. LC8 will be located adjacent to CloudHQ's LC4 facility at 22200 Loudoun County Parkway.
