The Jukjeon Data Center, located in the eastern part of the Seoul metropolitan area, will be operated by LG CNS. The 99,070-square-meter (1 million sq ft) facility will feature four floors above ground and four below, providing commercial space for cloud services, internet services, and IT companies.

Originally scheduled for completion in June 2024, the project is now expected to be ready for service between 2025 and 2026. The development is a joint venture between the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Pacific Asset Management, with additional investment from Dreammark 1, GS Retail, and Shinhan Investment
