Okestro, a South Korean cloud software and orchestration firm, has signed a non-binding MoU with data center developer DC Korea to build a 5MW sovereign AI data center within Okestro's headquarters at Parc.1 Tower 2, Yeouido, Seoul. DC Korea is responsible for design and construction; Okestro will provide cloud orchestration services to DC Korea's other South Korean facilities. The facility is planned to operate South Korean-developed Neural Processing Units and domestically built AI models.
