IGIS Asset Management is constructing a new hyperscale data center in Choji-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province. This advanced facility is designed to support large-scale cloud services and AI workloads.

The data center will feature two basement levels and nine above-ground floors, encompassing a substantial gross floor area of approximately 49,591 square meters. Completion of the project is anticipated in the second half of 2027.
