NFD Korea is planning a 300MW data center campus in Dangjin, a city south of Seoul. The 43,188 sqm (464,871 sq ft) facility will include six buildings, each with 50MW of capacity. The company has secured construction permits and a power agreement with Korea Electric Power Corporation, with groundbreaking expected in Q3 and completion targeted for 2028. The campus is also listed as having 140MW of IT load.
NFD Korea (Next Frontier Drive Korea) is a data center developer and consultancy led by CEO Choi Jaewoo, who also founded affiliated developer DC Connects. The company is developing an 80MW, 58,000 sqm (624,305 sq ft) data center in Yongin in partnership with DC Connects, Wide Creek AMC, and Warburg Pincus.
The Yongin campus led by NFD Korea, DC Connects, Wide Creek AMC, and Warburg Pincus broke ground in September 2025.vNFD Korea is also developing a 40MW data center in Ansan, with construction expected to start in early 2027. Separately, the company has consulted on a 40MW Ansan facility that broke ground earlier this year, and a 20MW site in southwestern Seoul that became operational in October 2025.
