Data Center 1 (Building M) is the first of three data centers on Green's Campus ZRH2 in Dielsdorf. It is a four-storey building with 5,600 m² of white space, ambient-air free cooling and rooftop solar. Implenia built it from 2021. Customers moved in in December 2022, and Green opened it officially on 17 January 2023. Nine Cat diesel generator sets back it up. It was the first building on the campus to feed waste heat to Energie 360°'s Dielsdorf heating network.
