QC43 is the third and newest data centre building on Vantage's Montreal II (QC4) campus in Pointe-Claire. Vantage built the 94,000 sq ft building as part of a CA$900 million Canadian expansion announced in March 2022. It came online at the end of 2022.

QC61 is Vantage's Montreal III (QC6) campus at 205 boulevard Brunswick in Pointe-Claire, a single-storey data centre with two data modules on 8 acres. Hypertec first announced the site as YUL02 in 2019, and Vantage built it from January 2022. The first phase came online in December 2022 and the final phase in December 2025.

Enovum MTL-2 is a data centre conversion of a 160,000 sq ft former manufacturing plant at 7300 route Transcanadienne in Pointe-Claire. Bit Digital bought the building in December 2024 for its Enovum business, now part of WhiteFiber. WhiteFiber scheduled construction to start in the third quarter of 2026, with delivery near the end of 2026.

Vantage planned a CA$400 million data centre campus in two adjoining buildings at 21500 route Transcanadienne and 21525 avenue Clark-Graham in Baie-D'Urfé, in Montreal's West Island. Vantage bought the buildings in 2021. It cancelled the project for lack of power and sold both buildings in 2023.

Compass Montreal II is a 175,000 sq ft wholesale data centre at 19701 avenue Clark-Graham in Baie-D'Urfé, in Montreal's West Island. Root Data Center converted the 1980s building into its MTL-R2 facility, and Compass Datacenters acquired Root in July 2019. The site uses KyotoCooling with hot aisle containment.
