In August 2025, Digital Realty sold its Miami data center for $8 million.
Digital Realty had put the facility on the market in 2024. The building, which dates back to 1984 and was converted into a data center in 2001, has a long history with the company. Digital Realty initially acquired the site from Peer 1 in 2006 through a 10-year sale-leaseback transaction. The facility is leased to DigitalBridge-owned managed services firm Aptum Technologies (the successor to Peer 1)
