Apotech MIA-1 is a Tier III colocation data center at 1100 NW 163rd Dr, Miami, FL, 15 miles from Miami International Airport. It is a single-story, 47,550 sq ft concrete building (10,205 sq ft colocation) on roughly 1.09 acres, built to ASCE 7-22 Risk Category III (Category 5 hurricane resistant). Commissioning in Q2 2026.
1.1 MW Phase 1 critical IT load, scalable to 10.0 MW of utility power. 120V/208V three-phase AC plus DC power circuits. N+1 power design with distributed-redundant UPS on lithium batteries; backup via six 1,250 kW diesel generators (N+1). Single utility feed from Florida Power and Light.
N+1 cooling design. 16 kW+ maximum cabinet density; liquid-cooling ready for higher densities (30 to 40 kW).
Carrier-neutral with two meet-me-rooms and four carriers (AT&T, Cogent, Crown Castle, Console Connect). NAP connectivity, metro connect, and cloud direct connect; dual fiber points of entry. 333 cabinets plus cages, private suites, and half-racks.
Tier III design. SOC 2 / SOC 3 Type II, HIPAA/HITECH, and PCI DSS. Man-trap entry, two-factor biometric and card access, 24x7x365 NOC, CCTV, and fiber vault.
