Metrobloks
Metrobloks is developing an AI-ready, scalable, and sustainable data center in Greater Miami, set to launch in Q4 2026. Designed to Uptime Institute Tier III standards, MIA-A1 delivers ultra-low latency — just 0.21 milliseconds to the NAP of the Americas — and direct connectivity to Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), major carriers, and subsea cables linking North America, Latin America, and Europe.
The 112,900 SF facility offers customizable rack densities from 5kW to 150+kW, hybrid cooling options (air, liquid, or mixed), and modular scalability from 3MW to 12MW per hall. With 22MW reserved utility power, standby 2,750kW diesel generators (N+1), and a projected PUE of 1.2, MIA-A1 provides resilience, efficiency, and flexibility for the most demanding workloads.
• Uptime Institute Tier III facility
• Voltage: 480V or 415/240V to rack
• Redundancy: UPS N+1 (per hall), mechanical N+1 (lineup level), N+4 (HU level)
• Cooling: Air, liquid, or hybrid systems
• Floorplan: Two 15,200 SF suites; 16’ ceiling height
