Princeton PDG HY1

Hyderabad

Princeton Digital Group has secured land for its first data center campus in Hyderabad, Telangana (HY1), marking its entry into the market. The project is in the early development stage, with land and power approvals in place as of March 2026.

Johor

PDG's JH2 data center is strategically positioned in Johor's Eco Business Park at Mukim Senai, just 30 km from the company's existing JH1 campus in Sedenak Tech Park.

Princeton PDG MU2

Mumbai

Princeton Digital Group has begun construction on its MU2 data center campus in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, within the city’s primary data center corridor. The project is a new hyperscale facility on a 10-acre site, with construction starting in April 2026 following recent land acquisition.

Princeton: PDG LF1

China

PDG’s LF1 project in Langfang is in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Langfang, Hebei Province, China. The project covers an area of 51,564 square meters, with a building area of 92,261 square meters. The IT capacity is 66 MW.

Princeton PDG TY1

Tokyo

TY1 is the first project in the Lendlease Data Centre Partners fund and also PDG's first data center in Japan. Lendlease plans to invest US$490 million, and PDG will contribute US$1 to fully fit out the data center.

Mumbai

PDG's MU1 data center campus is taking shape in the heart of Navi Mumbai's tech corridor. Set within a planned 50-acre IT park in Airoli, this state-of-the-art facility will feature five purpose-built data centers.
