STT GDC India has inaugurated its STT Chennai 7 data center at SIPCOT IT Park in Siruseri, marking the expansion of its second campus in Chennai. The AI-ready facility is designed for a total capacity of 45MW, with an initial 7.2MW phase now operational as of February 2026. The development forms part of a broader multi-campus strategy in the city, where STT is scaling toward approximately 130MW of total capacity. Alongside ongoing expansion efforts, the company is evaluating a potential IPO targeted for the first half of 2027, aimed at unlocking capital to accelerate its nationwide data center growth.
