Indian power infrastructure company Techno Electric has established Techno Digital, a wholly owned subsidiary focused on the data center market.

Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd. (TEECL) was founded in 1963. The company expanded into the power transmission and distribution sector in 1980. In 2009, TEECL entered the power generation sector through the acquisition of two wind energy generation companies. Currently, TEECL integrates engineering and construction capabilities across India's power generation, transmission, and distribution segments. The company also operates as an independent power producer with a 129.9 MW wind energy capacity.

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC):
TEECL offers turnkey project solutions, ranging from complete power-generating plants to system plant packages designed to complement larger systems provided by other companies. TEECL's expertise allows it to address the EPC requirements of sectors such as power, steel, fertilizer, metals, and petrochemicals.

Data Centers:
In 2021, TEECL entered the data center industry, leveraging its experience in electro-mechanical works and renewable energy. Techno Electric & Engineering Ltd. (TEECL) has begun the installation of an approximately 24 MW data center in Chennai. The company intends to install 250 MW of data center capacity by 2030, with future projects planned in Kolkata and Mumbai.
