Digital Connexion's first greenfield data center in India, MAA10, located in Chennai's Ambattur Industrial Estate, serves as a strategic connectivity hub for Southeast Asia. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to support high-density IT infrastructure and offers scalable, secure, and robust collocation and connectivity solutions.
MAA10 is the first phase of the 100MW-capable campus. When fully built out the campus will include 4 buildings.

The facility is ready to support emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, offering standardized and bespoke configurations to meet the high-density power requirements (up to 70 kilowatts per rack), suitable cooling infrastructure, and interconnectivity demands of AI workloads.
