The Culpeper County Board of Supervisors in Virginia has approved the rezoning of the Red Ace Data Center campus, also known as the Keyser Road Data Center. The approval allows for the rezoning of 69.19 acres from Rural to Light Industrial on farmland along Nalles Mill Road and Keyser Road.

  • Red Ace Capital Management, the company behind the project, plans to develop four two-story data center buildings, each measuring 290,000 sq ft, for a total of 1,160,000 sq ft. The project also includes an electrical substation and associated equipment on the parcel.
  • This ambitious development is expected to require an investment of $350 million and is projected to be completed by 2028.
