Data Center Campus
Prometheus Hyperscale is developing a 200MW AI-focused data center campus on a ~500-acre site in Kaufman County, Texas, outside Dallas. The multi-building development will feature four liquid-cooled facilities and a behind-the-meter power strategy combining natural gas generation and battery storage, enabling faster deployment independent of grid constraints. The first facility is expected to come online in 2026, with additional phases planned from 2027 onward.
