Prologis has applied to rezone part of its Meadowvale Business Park land on Tenth Line West in Mississauga to permit a data centre. The proposal is a two-storey building of about 220,000 sq ft on a 10.1-acre parcel, with an alternative plan for distribution buildings. Prologis says the project is not hyperscale and has no customer yet.
