Prologis Locations

Prologis’ Project Mila in Trenton, Ohio, is a four-building, ~880,000 sq ft data center campus on a 141-acre site, with an on-site substation and construction expected 2026–2029.

Project Steel involves developing a 540-acre campus featuring 24 two-story data center buildings, totaling over 9 million square feet (836,125 sqm), along with three substations.

Logistics real estate giant Prologis acquired Project Sail. The revised plan includes up to nine buildings with 4.34 million square feet of space.

On April 2025, the Kosciusko County Commissioners unanimously voted to deny the rezoning request for Prologis’ proposed data center on 554 acres of farmland near Leesburg.

Prologis has secured unanimous conditional use approval from the Allen Township Board of Supervisors to convert its 1.01 million-square-foot warehouse into a data center.

Prologis has filed to develop a 220,000 sq ft data center in Mississauga, Ontario, through a zoning amendment application, with the project still in early planning and potentially competing with alternative industrial development options.
