AT&T remained as a tenant under a 10-year lease arrangement. The property later became part of Mapletree's portfolio through their 2017 acquisition of 14 U.S. data centers from Sila Realty Trust (formerly Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT) in a strategic $1.3 billion portfolio purchase.
Market Position
Located in San Diego's competitive data center market, the 7337 Trade Street facility benefits from over 40 years of operational history and mature infrastructure. The Miramar Industrial Park location provides excellent connectivity to major fiber routes, reliable power infrastructure, and strategic proximity to San Diego's technology corridors. As one of the region's most established data centers, it offers proven reliability and substantial power capacity for enterprise and colocation clients.
