The Quantum Leap Innovation & Technology Center is a proposed $400 million, 100,000-square-foot facility spearheaded by Fisk University as the anchor of its broader $1 billion campus master plan in North Nashville, Tennessee.

Planned for a 5-acre site on the southern edge of the historic HBCU campus, the project will combine 30,000 square feet of high-tech academic space with a 70,000-square-foot commercial data center partner. While university leadership aims to leverage the facility to pioneer AI curriculum, drive student workforce development, and bridge the digital divide using sustainable, LEED-certified design, the project faces mounting scrutiny.
