Digital Fortress Acquires Three Atmosera Facilities in Portland

Digital Fortress has announced that it has acquired three facilities in Portland from Atmosera. Atmosera will now focus on building its Microsoft Azure services. 

With the acquisition, Digital Fortress now has 10 facilities across the United States. 

Digital Fortress was formed in 2012 from the merger of Digital Forest and Fortress Colocation Services. It was bought by Chirisa Capital Management in 2017.

Digital Fortress has 9 sites in 5 regions.
