STT Chennai 4 is the third building on ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) India's STT Chennai Ambattur Campus at 226 Ambattur Red Hills Road, Kallikuppam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It broke ground on 12 February 2026 with an e-inauguration by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, under STT GDC India's INR 4,200 crore memorandum of understanding with the Government of Tamil Nadu.
The building joins the operational STT Chennai 2 and STT Chennai 3 on the campus and is designed for hyperscale, enterprise and AI workloads.
