Ardent Data Centers, a Northern Data Group company, has finalized the acquisition of a new data center site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Set on 7.5 acres, the 41,000 sq ft (3,900 sqm) building.
The company said aimed to expand the site to 20MW; the site’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems will be upgraded alongside new liquid-based cooling infrastructure.
The building was constructed around 1980 and refurbished in 2008.
