The two-story facility will form part of the former Bruce Mansfield industrial site's transformation into digital infrastructure supported by dedicated onsite power and closed-loop cooling. The broader campus is under construction, while work on this individual building has not yet been confirmed.

In early 2022, Aligned Energy was rebranded to Aligned Data Centers.
