The 1547 site is currently, under construction, and is scheduled to be ready in 2020. The 400 Paul site is adjacent to 200 Paul, a telecom hotel in San Francisco.
Consisting of three buildings — 320 Paul (Building A), 350 Paul (Building B) and 400 Paul (Building C) — the property is 7.3 acres and is permitted for 24MW and 18 2MW generators.
