Diode Ventures withdrew its plan for the Roxbury Technology Park, a 515-acre data center campus near Richmond, Virginia.
The proposed Harper Road Technology Park by Diode Ventures, a $1.5 billion data center project planned for 508 acres in Peculiar, Missouri, was ultimately blocked by local authorities in October 2024.
The currently undeveloped site is zoned for agricultural use. Initial plans indicate the potential for up to five buildings on the campus.
