Site History
- 2025: Diode Ventures applies to amend the Goldfinch Industrial Area Structure Plan and rezone the land to industrial.
- August 2026: Wheatland County council approves the plan amendment, the concept plan and the rezoning on a 4-3 vote, after a petition of about 1,670 names opposed the project.
