Diode Ventures is developing the Gemstone Technology Park, a planned 620-acre data center campus near the intersection of Locust Grove and Barker Roads in Kuna, Idaho, just outside Boise. The currently undeveloped site is zoned for agricultural use. Initial plans indicate the potential for up to five buildings on the campus.
Diode Ventures, a subsidiary of Black & Veatch, has experience developing multiple data center parks around Kansas City for clients including Meta and Google, with additional projects planned in that region.
