A data center project is planned for 199 acres in San Marcos, Texas. Highlander SM One LLC, represented by Armbrust & Brown PLLC, is seeking to rezone the land from Conservation Cluster to Light Industrial and annex 53.57 acres of the property. While the annexation was approved by the San Marcos City Council in February, the rezoning decision is still pending.
