The proposed PowerHouse development is planned on approximately 500 acres within Tract's Caldwell Valley Technology Park in Caldwell County, Texas. Located between Austin and San Antonio, the project is positioned within a powered-land development designed for hyperscale and AI infrastructure growth. PowerHouse has already initiated the regulatory process by seeking to move the project area from the City of Uhland's jurisdiction to Caldwell County, marking an early step toward the development of a major new data center campus in Central Texas.
