TPC Data Center is planning its first data center in Prince George's County at 6201 Frost Place in Laurel, close to the Burtonsville substation. The powered shell facility – listed as Konterra 1 – will span 150,000 sq ft across two floors. The company claims the site will have a PUE of 1.1 thanks to a proprietary cooling system. TPC says its HDAC system supplies dual-temperature chilled water for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled IT equipment.
