In August 2025, commercial real estate firm Sansone Group partnered with anchor tenant Priseda to acquire the 214,000-square-foot, Tier IV-quality data center in Silver Spring, Maryland, for approximately $29 million.

Purchased from a partnership of Lincoln Property Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors, the facility currently operates active live IT load across 90,000 square feet of raised floor space. The new ownership plans to significantly expand total site capacity, leveraging Priseda’s specialized liquid immersion cooling infrastructure to support high-density AI, hyperscale, and cloud workloads.
