Sailfish: Comanche Circle

Sailfish Digital Ventures (SDV) is launching Comanche Circle, a massive 2,600-acre data center park in Tolar, Texas, near Fort Worth. The project envisions a total power capacity of up to 5 gigawatts (GW) across nine campuses.

The initial phase will develop five campuses with 3.2GW of capacity, incorporating a blend of grid and behind-the-meter power. SDV aims for sustainable power through natural gas, solar, and potentially small modular reactors (SMRs). The first 600 megawatts (MW) of behind-the-meter capacity is slated to be online within two years, with the remaining capacity rolling out by late 2027 or 2028.

Phase one of the Comanche Circle development will establish five campuses, delivering a combined power capacity of 3.2GW.

• Campus A: 280 acres with ten buildings offering a total of 1,000MW.
• Campus B: 210 acres with six buildings offering a total of 600MW.
• Campus C: 160 acres with six buildings offering a total of 600MW.
• Campus D: 145 acres with six buildings offering a total of 600MW.
• Campus E: 110 acres with four buildings offering a total of 400MW.
