Jet.AI: Winnipeg Campus

Jet.AI Inc. is pivoting from aviation software into the digital infrastructure space through a partnership with Consensus Core Technologies. The firms are developing a 350-acre data center campus 10 miles south of Winnipeg, Manitoba, marking a significant entry into the high-performance compute market. While a 2MW data center is already live on-site, the partnership plans for an aggressive expansion supported by six on-site natural gas turbines.

The location offers a strategic advantage due to its proximity to major utility infrastructure, including regional gas substations and high-speed fiber routes. Notably, the site is adjacent to the Riel Converter Substation, which delivers 2,000MW of hydroelectric power. With a 115-kV transmission corridor running directly overhead, the project gains immediate access to the scalable, cost-efficient energy required for large-scale AI operations.
