Jet.AI, a U.S.-based AI data center developer, has entered into a joint venture agreement with infrastructure construction firm Choo Choo Express (CCE) to develop a data center campus in Moapa, Clark County, Nevada.

Jet.AI operates in two segments, Software and Aviation, respectively. The Software segment features the B2C CharterGPT app and the B2B Jet.AI Operator platform. The CharterGPT app uses natural language processing and machine learning to improve the private jet booking experience. The Jet.AI operator platform offers a suite of stand-alone software products to enable FAA Part 135 charter providers to add revenue, maximize efficiency, and reduce environmental impact. The Aviation segment features jet aircraft fractions, jet card, on-fleet charter, management, and buyer’s brokerage.

Jet.AI Inc. is pivoting from aviation software into the digital infrastructure space through a partnership with Consensus Core Technologies. The firms are developing a 350-acre data center campus 10 miles south of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Maritime Project is a hyperscale development by Jet.AI and Consensus Core Technologies (via their joint venture, Convergence Compute LLC) situated on Canada’s east coast.
