2014-05: Construction starts on the EPIC Data Centre at 1450 Waverley Street.
2015-09-14: MTS officially opens MTS Data Centres Waverley, Manitoba's first Tier III commercial data centre.
2015-10: Slate Office REIT completes its purchase of the building, and MTS signs a 15-year lease.
