2026-05: Clarke Inc. acquires the building's owner, Ravelin Properties REIT.
2020-10-01: Equinix completes its purchase of 13 Bell data centres, including this site, which becomes WI1.
2017: Bell completes its purchase of MTS, and the facility becomes Bell MTS Data Centres.
2015-10: Slate Office REIT completes its purchase of the building, and MTS signs a 15-year lease.
2015-09-14: MTS officially opens MTS Data Centres Waverley, Manitoba's first Tier III commercial data centre.
2014-05: Construction starts on the EPIC Data Centre at 1450 Waverley Street.
